Core Process Psychotherapy
This a contemplative form of psychotherapy based on a depth understanding of human personality and potential. Grounded in Buddhist psychology, informed by Western personality theory and psychotherapy skills and based on the belief that within each of us there exists a part that is already and forever healthy and whole, it is an exploration of how we are in our present experience and how this expresses the past conditions and conditioning of our lives.
The intention of this exploration between client and therapist is the raising of awareness, the possibility of transforming the relationship to pain and suffering, and the facilitation of greater and more conscious choice in daily life. It is especially suitable for those who need ongoing support in a challenging occupation or life style.
